Over the years, we’ve experimented with various ways for posting to our Facebook Business Page. For the most part, we’ve enjoyed figuring out the best way to create and manage our Facebook Page.
Our Facebook pages guide is about not being a one size fits all social platform. What works for one Facebook Page may not work for another Page. The best thing to do is to test to see what gets the most engagement from your particular fans.
There are six different types of pages you can create. These include organization, local business, brand, and three more. Choose the page type that best describes what type of business you have.
Ensure you complete the ‘about’ details. Keep in mind you can only add three categories, so make sure you’re as accurate as possible. This ensures that the traffic you get is qualified—they’re actually looking for your business or a business like yours.
